DKA RECORDS HEAD ANNOUNCES DEBUT ALBUM AS TWINS, SHARES FIRST SINGLE

DKA RECORDS HEAD ANNOUNCES DEBUT ALBUM AS TWINS, SHARES FIRST SINGLE

In May, Atlanta based producer Matt Weiner, aka TWINS is set to drop his debut album, That Which Is Not Said. The DKA and CGI record label founder and owner has been working away for some two years in his hardware heavy studio organically improvising and experimenting to construct what would become its eventual eight tracks. Its duality reflects the constant battle to accept yourself and simultaneously cope with the realities of living life trying to ameliorate the destructive grip of neoliberal economics.

The intriguing first single and album opener, ‘Glass Breaks Glass’, is a defiant polyrhythmic ball full of cerebral synth pop energy, vocal swagger and boasts a duel timing signature to die for. That Which Is Not Said is out through 2MR on May 4. Listen below and pre-order the album here.

1. Glass Breaks Glass
2. Lightweight
