Sevilla dream pop outfit Terry vs Tori have followed up their self titled debut EP from last year with a new EP in quick time. Leap Year saw release through Spirit Goth Records this week and while winding melodies and crystalline hooks again abound, the Spanish quartet take the pace down a notch adding restraint and circumspection while amping up the production.
