Currently sitting pretty at No. 5 in our Top 30 chart this week is the rollicking ‘She Knows’, the first single to be lifted from the upcoming second album We’re Not Talking from Brisbane pop trio The Goon Sax. Today the band released a very cute DIY video for it where we find Riley Jones, James Harrison and Louis Forster frolicking around outdoors and living out the mantra there is beauty in creating absurdity. It’s very much in keeping with the the trio’s droll sense of humour and their insistence on not taking the promotional caper around their music too seriously. And on the strength of ‘She Knows’ and their first album Up To Anything, they don’t have to. We’re Not Talking is out through Chapter Music and Wichita Recordings on September 14.
