Foliage, the guitar pop project belonging to San Bernadino artist Manuel Joseph Walker, has released an illuminatingly compact new single ‘In Reference To’. The golden hued slice of honest advice follows up the busy restraint of first single ‘Pattern and both will appear on Walker’s as yet unnamed fourth album due later this year.
