It features two inventive and divergent cuts of 80s inspired new wave and synth pop gold with a little injection of melancholy in the mix. While the upbeat and unpretentious sophistication of ‘This Place’ got the gong for the A side, the vividly dense yet spaciously minimal cold wave inflected ‘Have You Ever?’ is its equal in every measure.
